I agree with your interpretation, not your friend's. I don't understand the purpose of waiting 8-10 minutes after the oven has reached the desired temp, it won't get hotter. I say that means...turn on the oven, and in about 10 minutes, you oven should be 425 degress; put in the pizza for 8-10 minutes at that point. My friend says that WHEN the oven reaches 425 degress, wait 10 minutes, THEN put in the pizza. Can you settle this?
